Before your order ships, it goes through our print-on-demand production process:

- Personalized/custom orders: may require an additional 1–2 business days

Because every item is made especially for you:
- Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, photos) before submitting your order.
- We are unable to make changes to personalization details once production has begun.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
